Dopo l'annuncio di Command and Conquer 4 molti giocatori hanno temuto che lo sviluppo della patch per Command and Conquer 3: Kane’s Wrath venisse fermato.
Nel week-end Eletronic Arts ha invece confermato la patch e ha affermato che verrà distribuita nonostante gli altri impegni.
